Maplewaupee WHAT?? We have many customers that ask where we came up with the name Maplewaupee. Well, part of our property is in the township of Nasawaupee but located in Maplewood. Many years ago this area was named Maplewaupee by the late Frank Honold, mayor!
Maplewaupee Market was established in 2007 by Steve and Dixie Jorns of Door County, WI. Steve and Dixie are also known as the owners of Dixie's Homestyle Preserves established in 1982.
Maplewaupee Market was passed down to their son and daugther-in-law in 2008 along with all their great products made with the bountiful fruits of Door County.
Maplewaupee Market is seasonably open from 9 AM to 6 PM and as always are open to any suggestions you may have.
In addition to our Homestyle Preserves we carry a variety of wine for the wine lovers, handmade jewelry and crafts, metal art, and some locally grown veggies. Most from our very own garden. In the fall stop by with the kids and pick out the perfect pumpkin! There are several varieties to choose from. We have a little bit of everything for everyone!
Maplewaupee Farm Market is located just South of Sturgeon Bay on HWY 42. Just 1 1/2 miles OFF HWY 42/57 and just North of Maplewood.
